Donegal Construction

Metal Shop Building and Steel Mezzanine

Donegal Construction entrusted New Belle to reconfigure its entire 9-acre lot which resulted in a larger shop space for its pavement milling equipment, safe storage for parts, and an efficiency solution for its lay down yard. This project was done in conjunction with constructing a new corporate office.

Industrial Build Process

New Belle acted as a single vendor, overseeing the project from conception to finished product. Project managers coordinated all aspects of the job, including collaboration with architects and engineers, issue management, and budget control.

Pre-engineered Metal Building -Maintenance & Repair Shop

New Belle built a two-story 21,000 square foot metal shop building complete with 13 overhead doors and office space. The team utilized Butler® pre-engineered metal building systems, to provide the best value of strength and economy.

The shop’s 8” concrete floor was heated with a radiant tube system and waste oil boiler heat source.

Steel Mezzanine Storage

Inside the metal shop building, New Belle installed a 4,000 square foot parts mezzanine for storage.

Organized Lay Down Yard

8 acres of the 9-acre lot were dedicated to a stoned lay down storage yard. The site was uniquely designed to meet the storm water requirements without losing any acreage for retention ponds. Utilizing a local supply of crushed stone, New Belle covered the site allowing for drainage at a rate that met Conservation District specifications.
