custom facility for Drilling Tools International, a Houston-based service company specializing in
the repair and refurbishment of drill bits used in natural gas well exploration and production.
Built in the heart of the Alta Vista Industrial Park, this 120′ x 160′ shop and 50′ x 90′ office
combination was designed to meet the unique and demanding needs of the energy service
sector where performance, durability, and workflow matter most.

– (3) 5-ton overhead cranes for equipment handling
– Polished concrete floors for easy maintenance and cleanability
– 4,500 psi concrete slab for heavy-duty industrial use
– Welding bay specifically designed for bit refurbishment
