Nine Energy Corporation

Commercial Office and Shop Construction

Nine Energy (Nine), a provider for the oil and gas industry, was out of room at their previous space. Nine was not able to perform at peak level or optimal speed because of proximity issues – locations of facilities weren’t efficient for their needs on a daily basis.

New Belle Construction developed a 14-acre lot, which is now home to a building and laydown yard as well as 3 exterior explosive bunkers. The team designed and built a 10,640 square foot office building, 27,500 square foot shop, a wash bay, and not one, but two, 10-ton crane storage bays.

To ensure their client, Nine, had today’s needs met – and that future growth was taken in to account – New Belle brought in their trusted partners. They worked with the best architect, civil engineer, structural engineer and self-performed mechanical and electrical engineering. In doing so, the final project delivered included: Nine offices near the shop, the laydown yard close to their building and the storage bunkers provided additional space for today while being scalable for future growth.

New Belle Construction was able to deliver an on-time and on-budget finished project for Nine Energy, providing the most optimal set-up to ensure the most effective work flow possible.
