New Belle Construction built the original Bianco Training Center in 2003 from the ground up. At 20,250 square feet, the original facility constructed was primarily used as a training center for baseball and repeat, National Champion cheer and gymnastics teams.

Thirteen years later, the Bianco Training Center staff reached out to New Belle once again. As they were looking to expand their services and were quickly outgrowing their original space. Bianco ownership entrusted New Belle to recommend and lead them through a site re-configuration, building renovation, and facility expansion.

The Bianco family needed a completed facility and fully usable parking to accommodate the players that would be coming in for baseball training season. In six short months, New Belle Construction developed three acres for parking, built a new, 2-story baseball training center and renovated 11,500 square feet of the original building that was being used for cheer and gymnastics.

Features of the new build, the baseball training center, include a first floor that is 17,350 square feet with individual instruction spaces allowing for a one-on-one coaching. The second floor is 15,400 square feet and has a full baseball field complete with 40’
